RESERVATION AND INN POLICIES
A deposit of one half the total stay including tax is required when making a reservation in order to guarantee it. Written confirmation of the reservation will be sent upon receipt of the deposit, if there is sufficient time to do so prior to your arrival. One night stays are paid in full at time of reservation.
For payment, we accept Cash, Check, MC or VISA. ( 3% charge for credit card payments over $1000.00.)
We are small and cancellations affect us significantly. If a cancellation is necessary, a refund of the deposit will be made if we receive notice 14 days or more prior to your arrival date. If notice of cancellation is received within the final 14 days, or 30 days during the foliage season, the deposit will be forfeited unless we are able to re-rent the room. A $30 administration charge per reserved room, applies to all cancellations. Cancellation policies apply to early checkouts.
All rates are subject to the 10% VT rooms and meals tax, which will be automatically added to the bill.
Room rates are based on double occupancy and include a full breakfast. The rate for additional guests in a room is $30 per person per night, including children. For single occupancy, we reduce the rate by $20 per night for 2 night stays or longer. Sorry, no discount for one night stays.
Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 9:30 so we can pass along information to you for your later arrival. Checkout is 11:00 am of your last day.
We are a non-smoking Inn. Violation of the no-smoking policy will incur a $250 cleaning fee.
We love animals but are unable to accommodate guest pets. There are a number of excellent pet boarding facilities nearby. Note that the inn is home to our friendly and loving indoor/outdoor cat, Tilly. She is likely to introduce herself to you.
