All our rooms are furnished with private bathrooms, dedicated thermostat for heat, window mounted air conditioners in the summer months, blow dryers, bath products including locally made shampoo, conditioner, bath gels, lotion, hand soap and awesome bubble bath in our two rooms with tubs. Our bedding is 100% cotton, with hypoallergenic down and feather comforters and pillows.

Meadow Suite

The Meadow Suite is our largest guest room and offers wide eastern views of our hay field, orchard and tree-blanketed hills beyond. It's located on the 2nd floor with a king-sized bed, and an adjoining smaller room with a double bed. This smaller room can sleep up to 2 guests.

The suite is perfect for families (up to four), folks traveling together that don’t mind sharing a bathroom, or vacationers that just want the extra space and a lovely bathroom. The private bath has a shower over a claw-foot tub with a view of five-story barn and northern hills.

Riverview

The Riverview Room, honoring a previous name of Robinson dairy farm, has a southern exposure and overlooks the Ottauquechee River at the front of the farmhouse. Enjoy views in three directions from its bay windows. Located on the 2nd floor, it has a Queen-sized bed and private bathroom. The shower features hand-made tiles made by a friend.

Bea's Room

This second floor guest room is decorated in earth tones and blues has an inviting queen-sized sleigh bed and private bathroom with a spacious shower. The maples that line our driveway provide shade in the summer, spectacular color in the fall, and in late autumn and winter give way to a panorama of the foothills to our west.

Stan's Room

This richly colored 2nd floor corner room is one of our most popular. Highlighted by a comfortable full-sized bed, antique bureau, and a unique and handsome in-room shower tiled with multi-hued slate. Enjoy beautiful vistas from three windows including bird’s-eye foliage views of the mature maples to our west.

Sugar Room

The Sugar room offers gentle style, absolute comfort, and Farmhouse value. Visitors enjoy the unique washstand and sleep-inducing queen-sized bed. Watch the maples sway from your 3rd floor retreat. Its private bathroom has a tiled stall style shower.

This cheerful 3rd floor room is kissed by morning light and offers a spectacular wide view to the east. The bedroom is spacious with an exceptionally comfortable queen sized bed. Ideal for travelers that prefer separate beds, the Maple room features a pair of very comfortable twin beds with hand-painted antique headboards. Its private bathroom has a tiled stall style shower.
